Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Symmetry Brow Bar®. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 24-hour notice. This way, we are able to adjust our schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our wait list.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use Vagaro, our online booking system, where you can manage your appointments conveniently. Please note that in the event you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service price.

As a courtesy, we will send you a text message to confirm the date and time of your appointment at least 36 hours prior. There is a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. Clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late may not be seen and their card will be charged for the missed appointment.
